Cleaned my very neglected gutters and repaired end, soft washed my siding and reattached some pieces, soft washed my deck and prepared for first staining, stained my deck with a beautiful stain. I had a section of my roof that was shaded by trees and I had moss and mold growing on it. Palmetto Pride Softwash came in and sprayed the roof and killed the moss/mold. Jaw dropping results. That Softwash system is something else. You will feel like Billy Mays is going to hop out and start showing you a new product. I reached out to Cody with Palmetto Pride Softwash for an estimate about cleaning one of my rental properties in Columbia and received an estimate before the end of the night. (Great start) Not only did he communicate with me about when he was on the way AND showed up on time, but did an AMAZING job too! Although it was only a small vacant rental property, that didn’t seem to stop him from giving 110% when cleaning the vinyl siding, concrete, and roof too. As a property manager, I will definitely be contacting him again to clean my own house. Cannot recommend enough.

I was in the process of painting my vinyl siding when I noticed how dirty it was. I tried pressure washing it with my pressure washer but it wasn’t going to cut it. I called palmetto pride, they were polite, responded quickly and got the job don’t fast! All while being reasonable with pricing!
